Campfire Stories- Night Sounds: Friday, August 29, 6:30-8pm
Gather the family and spend some time together around the campfire as we share stories at the Horicon Marsh. Each month we will have a different topic that we explore through books, crafts, and adventure. We will finish the night with a sweet treat that we get to cook over the fire.
Join us for a family friendly hike exploring just whooo comes awake after the sun goes down. We will learn the sounds of the marsh while we enjoy the fire. We will also explore an owls unique adaptations and even dissect an owl pellet before we take flight on our hike. After the hike we will enjoy this month’s sweet treat, S’mores Smorgasbord. Please bring bug spray.
