2024 Horicon Marsh Paddle Postponed to July 13th.

As safety is our highest priority, we have decided to postpone the 2024 Horicon Marsh Paddle originally planned for Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. The weather forecast is too uncertain for us in good conscious to send people out on the water.

The event will alternatively be held on July 13th, 2024 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Here are a few quick details, but more details will be released when we have them organized thoughtfully.

• The July 13th paddle will be a shortened route launching and landing at Nebraska Street Boat Landing. New route will be approximately 3-4 miles long.
• Launch times will be from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM only.
• DNR staff will still be out on the water to guide paddlers and they will come off the water at Noon.
• No shuttle bus will be needed.
