DESCRIPTION:Guided Out and Back Paddle: September 8\, 8am-12pm \nJoin DNR staff\, on a guided canoe or kayak of Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area. This will be an out and back paddle starting from the Greenhead Boat Landing just outside of Mayville.  Pre-registration required and $15 fee per person. Free to Friends of Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center Members. Limit of 15 participants. 3–4-mile paddle.  No bathroom facilities. \nMust provide own kayak/canoe\, paddle\, PFD. This family-friendly event\, which focuses on nocturnal animals and astronomy\, starts promptly at 6:00\, and it promises a full schedule of fun activities\, interesting presentations\, and hands-on experience opportunities.
