Highway 28 is open to The Horicon Marsh Education during construction from August 11 until mid-September. There is also access to the education center via Old Highway 28. From Mayville, take TW to Raasch Hill Road to Old Highway 28. From Horicon, take Highway 28 to Raasch Hill Road to Old Highway 28.
